This person flags then attacks on you... not cool...removes the trust out of mutual agreement. Don't Flag and then attack. There was a reason why you were not killed.

there is no point flagging to this guy because after you've flagged to him if you take more than 2 turns to destroy your oposition for 2nd or 3rd he gets "bored" and destroys you.
