a) I don't see rallying everyone else to counter your truce as 'whining'.. especially when you and he were the strongest on the board at the time..
b) and yes, it's fair to assume you accepted the guy's truce because you failed to refuse it and you didn't attack him..
c) I finished 1st, and you got 7th because the guy who truced you KILLED you off. How did that work out for you then?
