at 8:08 PM, Thursday July 30, 2009 EDT it wouldn't be a big load on teh servers, or real hard to do, I don't think.
just record the starting positions, then each turn record the attack and who won. optionally log the chat window also. for replay, load the map, instead of randomizing the start, load in the recorded start data, then play as normal, on each turn, rather than taking user input, take the logged input and play it. then instead of randomizing the rolls, just assign a winner from that log. optionally actual dice rolls could be logged, but thats overkill. |
