at 2:07 PM, Tuesday December 12, 2006 EST Ah, I see. That's pretty clever. I guess it makes it easier to move up from 1600->1750 or so (since most of the people you're playing are ranked above you) but harder to mover from 1750-1900 (for the opposite reason).
