I've been lobbying to allow mods to kick people out of a tournament instantly after a -play is given

I do understand that this has a slight risk for power abuse but I feel the benefits would outweigh the potentially unjustified bans.

Maybe we should have a petition or a poll but in the end it will always be Ryan's call to add it or not.
