Hi all,
I am a student, and for my research project I would like to create a computer controlled kdice bot that plays instead of a human. I would like to know firstly, how do people feel about that? Secondly, is there anyone with advice on how I would go about doing so. I am a mathematics student, and would be implementing different forms of AI. I don't need helping implementing the AI, I do need help getting the bot to play through the UI. I can program in Java, C, python proficiently. Sincerely, Lachlan |

at 7:13 AM, Thursday October 18, 2012 EDT The developper of warsocial (deadcode) was actually going to start working on AI for bots.
The idea would be that people could play vs AI only for very limited amounts of points. As the strength of the AI improves, stakes could be increased. Then there is another plan that involves AI but for strategic reasons, I better not elaborate here :P I will talk to him about you, or if you're interested, you can check out warsocial.com yourself. Oh and feel free to mail Ryan first. Who knows, maybe he's interested too. |
