Three reasons: -We are just that awesome! :) -It is our way of thanking you for helping us test the game and identify bugs before we launch. -We are considering making this a regular feature in the future. |

We realized how hard it is to get people away from a game with lots of players to attempt to establish another identical site. |

dead's plan isnt to take the player pool away from kdice. he will start promotion of the game to outsiders within a month or so. and launch on facebook soon thereafter. my guess as to why he added the promotional $$$ bit is that he needed more playtesting of the system. and, for some of us who have grown overly tired of the kdice system (read: lack of interaction with the creator, and pussification of the game due to lack of game changes), i enjoy helping out at a site where the boss is interactive (think kdice 2007). throw in the added benefit that instead of competing against players who throw money at the game to have an unfair advantage (memberships), and instead be offered money to play and compete... for me, the transition is fairly smooth. that said, for people who are still attached to the kdice community and want to stay here, thats good on you. for those who want to switch, thats good on you. for those who want to play both, thats good on you. no need to become hostile/condescending towards each other. dead really hopes that kdice remains successful, and that Ryan might refocus some time/effort here. unlike the other two mirror sites that were created in the past, where the creators had a ton of spite against Ryan, dead isn't carrying out some immature vendetta. |

dead keep a better leash on your people if this is one of yours. if not, still doesnt look good for your game imo. |

at 9:07 AM, Thursday May 24, 2012 EDT First off; Specimen is not an employee of Warsocial.com.
Second off; posting our blog posts into the KDice forum is not only against my will but also damaging to my project. Please stop. Sorry for the inconvenience; but I cannot control how people use the internet. This was clearly not thought out correctly. If the intention was to invite people to Warsocial; this was clearly not the proper way to do so. |
