Same can be done with traffic - as long as the place you're getting files from is not in the "approved" list, all traffic from it may be blocked by default.
Torrent network is impossible to block - but it's very possible to block YOU from accessing it. Just face it - if SOPA/PIPA is passed we are completely and undeniably screwed... |
