I understand the rules in the "rules" section, but when it comes to "rules that mods makeup", you guys should probably make mod forum so every body is aware of the current unwritten rules.

For example, I can't use a second account to chat. I guess this is fair, since chatting with a 2nd account my help in the "play" of a game, but maybe be explicit about this extension/interpretation in a mod forum.
