Situation we have all encountered: you flag someone who goes on to lose a bout with someone weaker than you and flags them. Does this mean you by default have also flagged this third person? Or is it "ok" to fight them for 1/3, 2/4 etc.?

Please don't answer that it depends on the people you're playing with, because it's highly unlikely that these two players will welcome your challenge to their positions.
