I will explain you: When you are making a question you have to use that symbol "?" in the end of the sentence, and if you write a dot "." you have to continue the text with a cap letter. It happens the same with the personal pronoum "I", it's always a capital letter too. I won't say nothing about the symbol "'" because I know that it is a pain in the ass...
