The Fair Roll

Would anyone of the math-minded ones calculate what's the fair bonus for rolls?

Let's assume player A has four lands and player B has two. They're forced to roll due to lack of time or being on different sides of the map. It should be obvious that player A would have significant advantage if they could fight, so a roll without any + points would be unfair.

What's the amount of bonus points player A should get to his roll (mathematically)? What could be the bonuses for 1v2, 2v3, 4v2, 4v3, 5v4, 5v3 lands?

Thanks for your answers in advance.

Um no, roll offs are and always have been. Kill little people that can't defend themselves for more dom.

Erm, I'm talking about the small tables where things are relatively fair. Have fun any way you want up there.

4 lands vs 2 lands is one roll away from being 3 lands vs 3 lands

that's not a significant advantage.
