This statement and the last from Palin are very promising. Who would have thought that Palin would be the one attacking the issues right on the bulls eye; I for one did not. |

only disturbing thing about that palin bit is it seems she is leaning towards bachmann at the end. blech. how did paul do in the debate? i only saw two clips where he was applauded while answering blitzer's fuckinidiotic question about the 30 yr old single male who has no health insurance. (jesus christ, why does the media try to endlessly trap paul, and always seem to have it out for him?). and then the question where he probably misstepped and tried to prove in 30 seconds that america caused 9/11. fwiw, i could see what he was trying to say, and i agree with him, but to try to answer that way in a 30 second window is ludicrous, and will only make the media brand you as more 'unelectable' while they play and replay the clip of the audience booing you. |

at 1:55 PM, Tuesday September 13, 2011 EDT Yeah Palin is definitely defending Bachmann; who I dislike just as much as Perry.
But her criticism of Perry is spot on. I haven't watched the latest debate yet. I plan on watching it tonight. |

Btw; I'm 3/4th of the way through this debate and it is already by far the best debate in terms of substance. |

at 5:36 PM, Tuesday September 13, 2011 EDT That information may or may not be public; but I cannot find any information about it.
What is clear is that Perry's Chief of Staff, Michael Toomey, was a lobbyist for Merck both before and after his time in the Perry Administration. During this period Perry made an executive order to vaccinate young women for HPV. At the time, the only FDA approved vaccination for HPV was Gardasil, produced by Merck. This is all the information that I know. |
