We all swear here, but it is agreed that hate language is now allowed. Nobody provoked him to say this, it was a normal match, he was mad at me and said this for shock value.

exactly, this is much different then a single insult. It is standard for this to be temp banned I believe? Especially since he not only said it once, but repeated it again...
