True PGA

Between Kostur and Bivo at the Tuesday 250. In the first game they were seated together, Kostur stabbed a flag for no reason and gave Bivo 2nd. There was no justification for the stab, or for giving Bivo 2nd. On the next table they were seated together, they took 1/2, with no communication, and no flags. Kostur then decided to kill me first because I called them out on being PGA, making this game completely unfair.
Witnesses include: "Honestly", DonnieScribbles, perhaps a few others.
I am not asking for a ban, as the moderators are busy enough. However, given their history and the fact this took place in a tourney, I would ask that this be at least monitored in the future.

Sincerely,
RP

Kostur and zumo had some conversation in a language unknown to me befor seating. zumo instantly commented that it was just a question of time until Kostur got 1st (he really had a good start). The moment I was able to maybe challenge that 1st they 1/2. The usual approach would have been that zumo, the weakest, would have offered to sit while wie fight 1-3.
When I did not give in instantly Kostur "decided" I'd get last. I didn't as the rest flagged out befor.

Also not a reason to ban, just a warning to avoid Kostur and his east-european gang.

kost and bivo can be superfriendly in tournaments, I have banned them befor for that

From what you describe, there is the possibility of pga. I've seen games or tournaments where they didn't cooperate so it might be an in tourney thing.

Nonetheless, this is one of the typical duo's I check in a tourney when I see them play the same tournament. But I can't watch them all. Just know they are being monitored when possible.

Way to go jurgen, you realize by replying to this thread that the suspected cheaters (in this case Kostur and bivo) will not only play less suspiciously and thus be harder to ban but also will have gotten off scott free if they had been cheating.

Then again you probably knew that and weren't going to ban them regardless, so you decided to save face by replying, despite it obviously being counterproductive to good moderation. Sorry RP but most likely nothing will be done about this :/

Given as though Pobuna is either Vash or Veta, I know. I did not ask for a ban, I have no concrete evidence aka screenshots. I just wanted it put it out there that Kostur and Bivo were way too friendly, in the hopes that next time it happens a moderator will see it, be aware of the situation and ban them appropriately.

IF jurgens comment is making them careful and hopefully less effective (assuming there was something foul here), that's a good thing, isn't it? Nobody requested a ban or anything. All are happy. Keep up the good work jurgen! Thanks for spending your time!

thx Louis,

the only problem I sometimes have is people contacting me at a table about a pga. I usually go to the table in question in a second browser window (invisible to the cheaters). Sometimes the person that warned me keeps caling the potential pga players out at the table.

In a way , it's good to warn the other players at the table that they need to watch out. But sometimes the cheaters abandon the pga in order to not get countered and I am stuck without evidence.

Not that it's such a big problem, all cheaters get caught eventually.
