I need some legal help with a stupid apartment I got. Thing is, its giving me major headaches and causing my asthma to flare up when I am actually there, which I think has to do with the carpeting of the facility (mold perhaps).
There is a clause in the contract that says if the crib is inhabitable then I can terminate our leasing agreement. Do you think this is acceptable reasoning to terminate based on health concerns? Thanks a bunch bro. |

My apologies but I am unable to give you any actual legal advice or predictions as to your chance of terminating your lease agreement as I am not licesed to practice law yet. Good luck. |
