I tend to believe your story but unfortunately you offer no additional evidence at all. Try ad make a few screencaps of what is happening next time or try and find some witnesses to back your story up (if possible people with at least a few medals so there is a big chance I know them and can take into account their credibility or not). Maybe read my advisorblog about how to report cheating.

This guy has been banned before by me, he makes account after account and pga's, some of them have this X3 in it (Basti x3 and others). So let me think this through. I never ban only on a story but I will check this out to the very least (I'll watch some games of him if I see him play with some of his known friends)

k here you go, blatant pga in the members tourney going on now:

I am grey on the right. I flag to purp long time ago. I flag to green, green say 'ok' so I attack yellow. Next round green cut me. I say 'I flagged you' and he say 'we fight 2/4 yellow flagged'. So I attack green. I win a couple 8v8's and have advantage and then yellow start attacking me. I ask hiim why - he says he flagged 3rd so I get 4th. I say we fight 2/4 so he get 3rd anyway - he ignores me and keeps attacking me with green.

The two players are: green=zumo yellow=gurgi (grey on the left side)

Please ban these players and give me points for second in this tournament - this type of PGA between regulars makes this site very unpleasant for the vast majority of kdicers, myself included.

imo that doesn't sound like pga at all. it could very easily be this:
you flag to green, but yellow has already flagged to green so green says we fight 2/4. yellow flagged to green, though, so based on his morals, he's gotta take a lower place than green- so the best choice for him is to fight you and make sure you're fourth.

There are two places where PGA occurs:

1. Green should accept my flag and me and yel fight 3/4. But I would beat yel at that point, I have clear advantage. So he fake accept my flag and then cut me

2. Yel attack me when he can sit for the place he flagged for, doesn't need to get involved. But he attack anyway - but not until I have the advantage over green.

Both moves are highly suspect - put them together and this is obvious collusion against me.

When I said flag he said ok. Then I attacked yel and left myself vulnerable to green (which is what I would obviously do if you look at the board at that time - and exactly why he said ok).

Then he cut me and played stupid. Thats PGA.

Also yel sat for a long time while I was fighting green and green had the advantage. He only got involved once I got the advantage over green.

so yellow took advantage of the situation. that doesn't mean a pga.

They both took advantage of the situation - and neither one of them needed to. They both could have sat and got the spot they already flagged for - but instead they teamed up to kill me.

so if they both could have gotten the spot they flagged for (ie green getting second and yellow getting third) why did you need to fight in the first place? That automatically makes you fourth.

Look, this is pretty simple: yellow took advantage of the situation to guarantee his spot, and green certainly didn't complain since it helped him also. It was two players doing what they thought they needed to do in order to place better in the tourney. that's all. no pga involved.
