For the 0% probability - how about instancing something like the lucky punch? In some phantasy roll playing if you roll 100 you do critical damage or kill any oponent about instantly.... So, if we have 16v1 fight, in the back a 100-sided dice is rolled and if that one wins, the number of lost dice for 16-stack is determined by rolling a 15-sided dice....

That would give AWESOME causes for cursing and make this game even less strategic than it is (if that's possible).

Oh yes, in a test-threat I can test stupid ideas as well.
