There should be tighter regulations on how you get a driver's license. I'm totally serious about this. It's a fucking pet peeve of mine. Roads aren't safe. ARRRGGGGHHHH!!!

at 12:30 PM, Friday July 29, 2011 EDT i like the way germany does it rob (albeit it probably wouldnt make as much sense here): their driving test is very hard to pass, you must be at least 18 but their drinking age is low and they dont really care about underage drinking
