that there is freedom of speech on kdice? i'm not saying that there isn't, but it's not like we have a constitution here. we have 3 sentences for rules.

Banning for anything else would be counter to the original designer's intentions and ultimately a very broad federalist interpretation of the rules. I motion that all the conservative moderators unban the bans they've made for infractions that are not expressly enumerated in the rules.
