Snow-idiot, I think that in many places of this planet the word "nigger" does not have the meaning you put into it. The majority of the world does not have a history of importing African slaves like the great US does. Most of us don't even have English as mothertongue. So I think demanding the planet to act according to a minorities feelings towards a single word is a bit fascist.

And pga-ing is clearly against the rules, whereas "hatespeach" is a pretty vague term.
