no more 46% off textbooks for me. But seriously, I am a little distraught about this.

Amazon sells used books; you'd save an additional ~15% on top of the discount you previously had. |

at 2:37 PM, Tuesday July 19, 2011 EDT Haha higher resell value? You are wrong.
The difference between new and used on the market is a much higher gap then between used and used. You can buy and used book and sell it for the same price a year later (because it is still used). You can't buy a new book and sell it again at new can you? So you buy the 140 book new from Borders w/ discount and sell back as used for 120. Or you can buy the used at 120 and resell at 120 if you keep it in good condition. Tada |

at 2:37 PM, Tuesday July 19, 2011 EDT and boogs, I do most of my borders shopping online if I'm buying things like textbooks. I like to go to the store and read a chapter before I buy a book if I'm buying it for pleasure reading.
