Haven't seen a (R) candidate step forward yet that has a chance at both getting the nomination and then beating Obama.

Honestly Romney really is the only person that will at all make moderate independents comfortable and he has no chance winning the nomination, and he has so many liabilities with the fundamentalist right.

I think there is a good possibility that Obama will be re-elected. Most of middle/lower class America has bought into the falacy that they are worse off now than they were 200 years ago. This is in fact a bald faced lie but when you have so many people believing/promoting the idea, it can be hard to stop.

I think Palin could beat Obama. She beat big oil in Alaska and as much as I disliked her with McCain (who ran a horrible campaign against Obama) I think she actually might have the stuff to make a good pres. She is was Obama claimed he was. Namely a fresh face with a will to change things.

I think there is a very real possibility that Obama gets re-elected. However I think it will ultimately be the republicans election to lose.

Pretty sure Obama in a walk on November 6th 2012, unless the Republicans decide to stop eating their young and court the middle of the spectrum.
