Why do german people not get that a swastika is a symbol used in different cultures for different reasons?
I mean ok the black white red version reminds me too of the nazisymbol, but hey, the site is hosted in the us, so if any law then US law should apply. And without any "hatespeech" from the user its just a symbol!

Hitler stole the swastika in fact from Hinduism and Jainism. He stole his mustache from a South-German local beaver.

I wouldn't ban a swastika any more than I would ban the flag of the Confederacy in the US. Freedom of expression.

Now, if that player sits down at the table and immediately says "all Jews must die", then the avatar (and the player) should get banned. All we've been given in this thread is an avatar, not the additional nonsense.

By the way, Ryan is Canadian, thus Canadian law applies by your logic. If it were US laws, then a flag is simply a form of expression and allowable to be in public view.

but i do remember being confused as hell when i say nazi flags flying all over taiwanese temples, until someone explained it to me.
