Hello, I don't know where i should go if I want to say to admins about somebody insulting other people...

Today, one who is names Bivo insulted me just because I attacked him. I asked him 3 times for have his flag, he never answered, and never flag up. So I attack, and then he cry and insults me.

I never had this type of problems with others people, i'm just here for play, i don't understand why some people insult just for a game...


Is there a forum where we can signal this type of problems to admins?
