Rowdy, I think you can do that if the weakflag is actually so dumb to accept because it's free land and it actually slows down the acceptor and risks his own place. It's a huge precedent to start banning for stupid strategy but maybe it's time to start cleaning up this mess.

I wouldn't go as far as banning every type of round 1 or round 2 flags (yet). And certainly not in tournies since some games are much quicker and many games finish around round 8.

I actually thought of another idea today to handle the weakflag problem but it's too late now, I will post it tomorrow

I have had a night to sleep on it and I still agree with the principle behind it.

Only I would recommend not making it too general and only focus on banning the really retarded weakflags. Otherwise you will have an endless stream of people reporting flags from round 0 1 and 2. Some round 3 or 4 flags are just as retarded imo.

So banning retarded weakflags is not a problem per se but let's face it: we are only 3 active Kdice mods atm (you and Sam and me and I thank you both for your mod time).

I'm prepared to do my share as long as there is enough mods to put in the time too (and if we all agree on the principle).

I think Sam actually HATES retarded play with a passion so I don't think there will be a problem there. Only this policy needs to be the same for all table types. We can't just do it at the 0/100 only or only at the higher tables. And to be honest, that's where I think lays the problem: I don't think we have enough active mods atm.

I get the idea behind it, but lets face it, how would this be even close to doable? You would need tons of mods, and defining guidelines as for what is a weak flag or not, would be rough. You would have tons of people getting pissed off, and screaming about preferential treatment imo.
