yah i saw this a while back (i go to school in indiana) and it's crazy as shit. i'm big on personal freedom and this is exactly what happens when you let conservatives take power.

I think you americans are alittle too concerned with your right to resist. most of your rights come from people resisting illegally.

the rights of labour unions to exist, collective bargening, strikes and other tools comes from workers using these tools illegally and legally back in the 1880s-1940s. they won great victories, and got rights, when these rights again becomes threatened, I would not be to concerned if my method of protest was legal or not, but if it was effective or not.
