What happened to my tournament?

Booked in to play a tournament which started 5 minutes ago. My 500 points were deducted but I never got taken into the tournament even though I was logged in. Any ideas why, and can I have my points back?

find your name in the tourney rankings and go to your table (you can click on the number next to your name or change by the change table tab again) |

Explain that you are new and didn't know how to go to your table when the automatic sitting failed. However, don't epxect any guaranteed refund.
