1 package moist yellow cake mix
1 Jello chocolate pudding powder 3/4 cup chocolate chips 8 oz sour cream 4 eggs 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup vegetable oil 3 hersheys chocolate bars basically, mis all of that shit at the top (minus the chocolate chips) into a batter and then add the chocolate chips in after you've stirred it smooth. Pour it into a bundt pan, and then you cook it in the oven for a while (not sure on the temp/time) for icing you melt the hersheys chocolate bars in the microwave and then drizzle it over the cake |

at 10:55 PM, Thursday March 24, 2011 EDT sounds good. my sister introduced us to the idea of jello pudding powder in cakes, that shit is the shit.
i'll go with one of my late grannie's standards, which i'm planning on baking tomorrow: devils food cake mix for cake as soon as it comes out of oven, layer the top with large marshmallows which have been ripped in half. as soon as thats done, drizzle the icing on top, which melts the marshmallows between the hot icing and hot cake. serve with ice cream if you like. icing: one square baking chocolate, 2 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 cup milk. melt it all together on low heat until you can drip a drop of it in an ice cold cup of water, and it gels together instead of break apart. (theres a french term for this but i forget what it is). |
