don't worry wish, it's 3 am here in Belgium and I am still around watching the tables :P

the stalker bar is pretty fucked up at the moment, half the time I am online, the rules page and the search on my profile page show me offline when I am watching at least 2 different tables.

I think it's because I have different tables open with IE / Firefox / Chrome at the same time

it was a slow day, kakku man 2k table is finally getting some play again today (sucky 5th there btw)

there wasn't really any reason to get "online/visible" a lot today if you are interested but if your point is that people can't reach a mod when they see this page, you are right.

Half the day (well during the Euro daytime hours that I am supposed to be watching) I was visible a lot, although Ryan's stalker bar thing is working very bad atm. I know people can't see me online when I actually am but I am tired of refreshing every 30 mins, Ryan needs to fix this himself.

but basically , what's your point here with the thread? Not enough active mods?

I am doing my share of the work here I think and I mailed Ryan that we could really use more mods. My (backed up by other mods) nomination of you is in Ryan's mailbox for a while now, feel free to remind him of it but I can't do much more.

this point has been disclaimed single handedly by jurg (woohoo good job, you are a one man machine)

but this actually reveals a serious problem if what you say is true: people cannot reach the mods or know they are online even if they are.
this is no laughing matter. people wouldnt know whom to ask help from even if a mod is online!

it is a problem PSK and it's a big dilemma

You want to be visible and approachable as much as you can. But at the same time I am trying not to "be there" too much because people come find you all the time and you end up chatting with both friends and other people and in the end , you aren't watching a lot of tables this way.

So I tried combining both approaches. I had my main online and at the same time use other windows to check up on all you damn cheaters :P. I just checked the chat with the main from time to time. But lately this system seems to fail since the stalker bar and profile info seem to "forget" I am online. I am not claiming I am always on but more than half the time my main is on, it shows up as offline. It seems to happen faster if I check some IP's.

...and it would do the site some good if things speeded up from time to time
