Is there any way PGA's can be blocked from playing the game?

this is how you should report the pga's, with enough evidence they can be banned if enough evidence is given |

so the crux of the matter is how well you can catch pga-ers while mods arent watching. in that case, read jurgen's blog post, and at best capture some video, at least capture screenshots. |
