There is no rule saying that you have to explicitly talk in English in a game. Besides, everyone knows what "pobuna" means.

As I understand it the problem wasn't talking in a foreign language, but rather using secret terms that could queue things like a revolt or a rebellion. Now the definition of what sort of words are acceptable is a bit foggy since obviously at one time words like "revolt," "rebellion," etc could have blindsided players as well. That being said, it doesn't matter if the rest of the players knew what "pobuna" or any such word means, although Cool g and Skyler did know what "pobuna" means at the time (as it's a running joke among members). Cool g and Skyler simply just didn't catch kostur call for a "pobuna" in chat and therefore did not see a revolt coming. There was nothing to suggest that any strict PGA was occurring but once again the area of communication (especially of game matters) is a gray one. Obviously silent/OTF truces would be subject to this sort of arbitration as well. However I don't think Kostur was exploiting some sort of intimate knowledge or relationship he shared with Veta in order to undermine the rest of the players. I watched part of the game and Kostur waited until he was near defeat to propose a "pobuna".
