U were part of that pga Richard and u 3 guys are celebrating your 3 way pga victory in chat after I was finished 4th. It was at least 4-5 players who saw that from gallery. I dont care who you are and when you playin but you were close to be out of tournament and jurgen plan b saved you, for no reason but that you are some kind of friends. So enjoy 1.5k points you get Richard. I will get my points fairly playin on some other tournaments and tables. Since you familiar with the mod then ask him to give you free membership then you will get 2.5k for free !! Much easier then pga playin freerolls.

oh lol E.T. I would just let you get away with a fake pga accusation. Noobs do that all the time, they just don't get that it's not only bad luck and pga that makes them lose. Maybe you got 4th because it was either you or Richard Cheese that were going to be out at that round? You even admitted you saw me offer a 2 3 truce after we both flagged Loobee? You were in the middle, you had to deal with 3 players, you were a sure not top3 when I asked Richard (pube) to 2 3. BUT (BIG BUT): saying I (we) pga'ed is one thing, that is not a bannable offense. BUT (AGAIN, I am so enjoying this BUT): making up fake evidence is bannable in my opinion.

when I was start 3/4 fight against Richard when you see that he can lose and be out of tournament, you attacked me and said how you made a 2/3 truce with him becouse of his friendly acting, but it was unwriten in chat !! Also you said that I suposed to read his moves and to conclude that he was nice to you and you give him 3rd for that. Is that allowed here or its obusing power for your friends benefit. So maybe it wasn’t pga it was just * If I choose from friend or unknown player I ll choose a friend *. But for us that some of you call noobs it a same. Friends, friendly neighbours, silent trucers, nice behaviors, player who can trust, we new people call that PGA because it’s a same result for us. We are out of game. After I get out of tourney you all 3 started to celebrating that success in chat. After that you explained to other two guys why you opened a new acc. It was something like I wrote. Don’t remember from word to word but something about that you cant do as a mod and can with other acc. There are witnesses. I remember Karsten and Sarajlija but I think that it was more of them in gallery who saw that.

you acknowledged during the game you saw me write to Richard "it looks like we are top3 here" He agreed. Since we both flagged Ruby and he agreed to that and we didn't attack each other after the agreement, any experienced player would be aware we made a clear 2 3 truce.

If you had been in Richards position (I use the alt names since you might be too unfamiliar with the mains names otherwise), I would have said the same thing to you (we look top3 here E T). If I had the feeling you didn't get my truce offer, I would have clearly asked for a truce with you a second time since it would be in both our interest. If you wouldn't be able to get your 3rd, I would have helped you too if we 23 truced. The point here is that I truced richard here. I did not truce you here but if it had been you, I would have saved you too. That's what a 2 3 truce is all about, safety insurance for both.

Noone said anything like congratz or anything else remotely close to "celebrating our top3". I am really thinking hard replaying everything that was said, trying to at least know where you got all these wrong ideas.

Same for the entire thing you made up about opening up new accounts and doing illegal stuff : plan B is an account dating back from 2007 which I now use for the occasional freeroll or game. Even if I cheat, why would I be so dumb as to admitting stuff in the chat when I know people are watching.

the only thing I can think of that might have gotten you confused is this:

I beat Richard in a fight for 2 and 3, I had him down to a cutted 8 and 2 stack. He had very few points left and was out that game if I killed him. So I don't remember the exact words either but I could have left him play heads up with Ruby if I flagged out at that point.

so that point came up but I said not to count on me ever doing that. I am not sure about my exact words but if it's not this, it was very close to "well, being a moderator I cannot allow any point funneling anyway"
