What was the date the emancipation proclamation was created?

The first one, issued September 22, 1862, declared the freedom of all slaves in any state of the Southern States that did not return to Union control by January 1, 1863. The second order, issued January 1, 1863, named the specific states where it applied.

I think we should FREE NIGGLER on one of these two dates. Very symbolic

Well for one he didnt break any rules and got that last ban from TCS for no reason (still not sure why it happened). I think it had to do with the fake niggler: THE NLGGLER

His first ban was bullshit too, something about talking about scheming in chat. Really only one of his bans are reasonable and I seriously doubt chase would do anything stupid with the account again if he got it back. Also, the name is lol.

also one more thing jurgz, who can I talk to about emancipating Veta? Rob never gets on and I think on a few occasions he's hinted at reinstating it.

It was banned for sharing the login in chat by the way, so it's not like cheating has ever been perpetrated on it and I have changed the login since then.

All of the TCS bans should be immediately lifted or at the very least reconsidered.

ps- im the only one who has access to THE NIGGLER at the moment

regardless of TCS bans, thraxle did 4 -play bans on that one for repeated pga and sharing problems

one extra chance after a permaban seems enough though but if thraxle feels like another chance, I wouldn't object I guess
