celta there are 20 tables playing on average, you would need 80 administrators watching 6 hours every day to be able to watch every game in theory.

Not every game needs to be watched of course, if all mods watch enough games, you will spot the cheaters eventually. But my point is we cannot watch everything and we depend on people reporting abuse or pga.

There is no guarantee your report will result in a banning but if you want something being done, please, report cheating players to us.

The more evidence you post (screen captures of suspicious behavior or of incriminating things said in the chatbox, other eyewitnesses backing up your claim, etc), the more chance there is that an administrator will look into your case.

Sometimes it takes some time to find a reported player playing so also , please be patient and don't expect a ban right away.

You would not like to be banned on false accusations yourself either. It's preferable that a mod can witness the problem himself before a ban is done.

If you are seeing PGA, get a screen shot of the chat logs. Ideally, video capture it, but a screen shot will help.

And note: An in game truce, or folks working together is not necessarily a PGA. And someone beating you isn't automatically a PGA either, a common newb mistake to make.
