at 6:31 AM, Monday January 10, 2011 EST Ive been looking for the story on the net but i have been unsucessful, it is the proof that chickens can fly, but only if they are frozen.
A few years back in a suburb in my city some idiots (legends) made a frozen chicken cannon, the report said the chickens were being fired over 1.5klm, breaking through tiled roofs and gyprock ceilings. Imagine waking in the middle of the night to a loud bang and finding a frozen chicken in the lounge room with a fucking hole in the roof :D good one guys |

at 2:41 PM, Monday January 10, 2011 EST our domestic chickens evolved from wild chicken living in jungle habitats. there, they need not be able to fly, it sufficed if they could use their wings flatering to gain some height to reach some branches for safety. flight was impossible in their natural environment (think of dense jungle) anyways.
I wouldnt call it flying but our domestic chicken still retain that ability to flutterjump to a limited height that would be unattainable by jumping alone. |
