On the 36 months that my minimum score is "2500" or something around 2500 if i lost a couple games at the beginning of the month. Anyways, on these 36 membership months, every single one has a luck % above 48%. On the 4 months that my minimum score is "0" aka non-membership months... Dec. 2008, Jan. 2009, Nov. 2010, Dec. 2010 my luck % is 45.5% 46.2% 47% 44% Does anyone REALLY think that there's any chance even a SMALL chance that the 4 months that I didn't have membership are just by "chance" my only months that are under 48% ...and considerably so? I mean come on.. that's just silly. FFS look at MonteCarlo's account http://kdice.com/profile/7832549/stats Up until December 2008 (same month my luck dropped off omg what a surprise), Monte's (career top 3 at the time) LOWEST luck % was 48.5% Look at his month after that when he dropped membership 38% 45% 47% 45% 43% 46% 43% REALLY? His luck AGAIN by CHANCE went from every month >48% to every month <47% AFTER he cancelled membership. Gimme a break. |

at 6:28 AM, Friday December 17, 2010 EST The kdice code that controls the rolls may be in several different places: one branch for members and another for non-members, for a test for membership has to be made in several places: 1) when you sit at your first table for the month 2) if you sit at a tourney. Since these tests are likely made early in the algorithm, and the random number generator(s) come later, there might be more than one of the latter.
I have noticed that there is always a matchup of dice color and dice orientation in stacks, except for red. So there are at least two different places where the dice orientation code is. Can anyone show us some actual kdice code? |

at 8:16 AM, Friday December 17, 2010 EST my hot wife will tell you that i have never paid money for membership. mine existed because Ryan let wish donate 6 of his stars to me (wish had a crapload of stars after he bought that month). i didnt think my cursing was done because of stars running out (i dont think they ran out in dec 08 btw), but because 1) Ryan was so sure that i cheated that month, that he reset my score -14k so that shad could win and put me in 4th, and 2) i eclipsed the 1M mark that month, and told Ryan that i was gonna stop playing for awhile. so maybe he wanted to enforce that statement, i dunno.
but yah, i wasnt top 3 after that month, i was top 1. the few fleeting months that i was dorkier than das/sam. btw, my luck feels normalish again. |

It is unlucky to have many month with that bad luck, but we all know early flagging out after some lost unlikely attack will get your figures down.
For fiero600 it isn't that obvious, but still the number of games are mostly low. Only one month has 46 games. You don't know about the number of turns or rolls. All of this is hardly a significant group to make statistics. Other than that, 48.something is quite shitty anyways. Damn, I never thought I might ever argue against Ryan cheating on us... I am convinced he does. I lost 5 times 8v6 on offense in a row. I did that twice.... the chance to do it once is 0... And still I have never witnessed or heard of a 48 occuring - but I did an 8 with my 8stack myself. So yes, I think there is cursing and cheating, but no, I don't think these numbers proof it. |
