No way to stop obvious pgas?

Hi, one of the main reasons to be frustrated about kdice is the fact that certain players only play with pga... and there is no way to stop them. I just saw at #Killy 3 turkish players playing an obvious pga and when one of the other players complained and said that there account will be suspended, they just answered "I'll open a new one then." So, what to do? Quitting kdice to avoid frustration? Probably yes.
