It sounds like a lot of people on here have no idea what proxying actually is.

To proxy, that is to use a proxy IP Address is to mask your real IP Address with another. That way people or websites do not know what your actual IP is. For those that don't know what an IP Address is it's like the address of your computer. My girlfriend and I both use the same router so we both have the same IP Address.

So if you are proxying an account to cheat that means your account (the one you're using) the one you're cheating with show up as having different IP Addresses when in reality you are using both accounts from the same IP Address. If you use a proxy IP to share accounts then two different people are using the same proxy IP address to log into the same account and as a result it shows only one IP Address even though it is being shared.

I don't think many people actually do proxy on this website because most people are too dumb to understand how to do that, but if they did they probably wouldn't be stupid enough to get caught, furthermore they probably couldn't get caught.

So yeah, stop making posts about proxying because whoever you're talking about probably isn't.

FROM MY POST
"My girlfriend and I both use the same router so we both have the same IP Address."
My girlfriend and I do not use the same laptop.

yes, that is exactly my point, but if someone is conected on your router in your home how you wouldnt know that??? And if you know that you wouldn't report that on forum like CB did, but he was probably proxying like that dude and they was proxying over the same server and got same fake IP, IP from that server, or he has a stalker who comes under his window with laptop and conect with wireless on his router...

Well there's a few different things that could have happened Ceban, someone could be stealing CB's wifi. CB and that other guy could be the same people, or it could be a glitch like Jack said.

and yes, you and your girlfriend have 2 computers, but one router, one device for conecting on internet, IP is in the router/modem, not computer/laptop, so if someone use your router in your house you must know for that or you are retarded and don't know who is in your house, so only logical explanation is that CB and that guy whatever is his nick was proxying over the same server.

I used to steal wireless from my next door neighbour, or when I was at school, the people who lived on the floors above or below me. My entire building used to all be on the same network. My university had 16 or so different wireless networks all over campus. It would be pretty easy to have the same IP address as someone else without knowing it.

yes chloe, i told that, i was joking on his account that he has a stalker under window who steal internet from him over the wireless, but first thing, you notice that your speed drop drasticly in one moment, second, you have fluctuations in speed, it goes up and down every little bit, if you are on university or some other institution you wont report such a thing when you know that you share internet with a hundreds of people's but when you are at your home you will know when someone is conected o your router, but if you are proxy that thing can confuse you, no one conected with you and ip shared, cause someone proxying over the same server with you, only logical explanation.

I THINK IT'S A GLITCH! Wait, I actually don't think it's a glitch, he's obviously cheating.

Our wireless wasn't so crappy that my speed dropped when say, my roommate came home from class and got online. In fact it wasn't uncommon for the people next door also to be on our network and I didn't experience a speed drop. Yes, I could see who was on my network, but I never bothered checking on it.
'if you are on university or some other institution you wont report such a thing when you know that you share internet with a hundreds of people'
If he's in a smaller institution, it's reasonable to be surprised that someone else on dice attends the same school / works at the same company etc. I would've been surprised if I found someone who attended my school that played dice and my school last year has 40k students, and this year I attend the same school as 45k other people.
