Leekstep... the legendary K-nemesis with superpowers

So this is weird shit. Mystical even.

I started this game long ago when Leekstep was heading the infamous "anti-cabal".

Well, at the time, I was a clueless noob and I thought that Leek was the biggest cheating prick on the planet. Well, since those days, I've learned the ropes and realize the truisms within the k-dice realm. Back in the day, I was vocal in how pissed I was at Leek for what I perceived as bullshit treachery. I really hated him back then. Well, leek sorta fell off the map, was banned and he maybe lost interest a bit after being re-instated.

So now fast forward. I decided about a week ago to give gpoker a try. I never gave the game a try since its inception. I like holdem so I played quite a bit over the past week. So I achieved 39th position after about 4 days and was liking the game and environment. BTW.. the best hand that I had witnessed during my play at the site was a "4 of a kind."

Low and behold, I sit at a table last night and for the first time I saw leekstep at the gpoker table. So I said hi leek. He said hi back. On the flop I nailed two pairs, so i'm in. On the turn I nail a full house. So now I'm way in. Well, the pot is up to $300k or so and its me, Leek and one other dude. I'm now "all in". The river card is uneventful garbage.

Well, as the cards are revealed, LEEK HAS A FUCKING STRAIGHT FLUSH. He was holding two suited low clubs and hit it by the turn.

I was dumbfounded. Almost in shock. WHAT ARE THE FUCKING ODDS OF THIS SHIT HAPPENING?

In other words, how is it that my first k-dice nemesis takes me down during our first gpoker hand? I mean, is he a god?

DoubleDogDareYa = Fail

Leekstep = Epic

btw...in my history at k-dice, I have only had two temporary virtual enemies, Leek and Zoid.

So if my luck prevails, my first gpoker encounter with zoid will end badly.

To be prepared, learn how zoid would play a straight flush:

well, since you hit 2 pairs on the flop, and the turn card gave you a full house, i assume leek had a straight on the flop. It wasn't the best turn card for you, but even if it came a blank on the turn, you would still go all in, unless you play with more than 100 BB.

Um.... Gilbe seems to be missing the point. This post was not directed to poker savants.
