Losing Points at the New Year?

Did anyone else lose points at the turn of the new year? I just won a tournament (finally :)) at the end of December and had a record breaking (for me) 5000 points plus. I was finally so proud of myself. I had finally ARRIVED. Then I came back on Jan 2 or so any I was back to an even 2500 from my membership. Was there a glitch that happened?

But since I suck at this game, that was always a move UP. You mean all those guys and gals with 20K points and such earned them all in one month? Wow! Yes, even after a year, I guess I'm still a NOOB.

Except the part when I realize that I've never gained points in a month that caused me not to notice the reset. And I THOUGHT I was starting to get good at this game. LOL, and thank you Ryan. I may suck at this, but it's been a hell of a lot of fun and well worth the price of membership.
