Hi Steve, I remember having had similar problem... have you tried to change the file format? (gif, png, jpeg???)

If that helps: I finally managed after several tries, then logging out... and maybe even restarting the pc, not only the browser window - perhaps it`s only your browser problem and othe people already see new avatar???

When you push "upload" you have to wait like 15 second's to push "ok". orelse it wont 'upload' it.

ya, for me, i wait until i hear gpokr sounds (chips pushed, cards shuffled, whatever). ive never quite understood this quirk, but it has held true for years.

also, there is an upper size limit on avatars, if yours is animated. i tried to upload a huge frank the tank one several times, and waited like a minute before the gpokr sounds came through, but it still would never work. whereas smaller sized avs always did. good luck.

also, it works much better if you try to upload it on gpokr
