Is it only me who is tired of all the early vflags?
I think it's about time that we all try to do something about it because I think it destroys many games. Let us stand together on this and punish those who vflag in the first 5 rounds. Maybe this will make people stop flagging as soon as they see a tower. |

at 8:26 AM, Saturday October 17, 2009 EDT Why stop there? Why not punish anyone who vflags before the 8th round? I remember this game before vflags happened. It was fun, the lead changed hands many times and it wasn't decided before the first couple of rounds. People formed truces and there were counters to those truces. The longest game I had went for 52 rounds (This is an alt) when it was two vs two. Among other things vflagging encourages weak strategy and thinking! All a player has to do is concede to first place and they automatically have a side protected. Many of the earlier players have no idea what this game is like without vflags, so will have no idea what i'm talking about. But many of the older players will and I am sure they agree with me when I say this game would be better without vflags. Maybe something should be done about it........

at 8:34 AM, Saturday October 17, 2009 EDT Well round 5 is just an example i think it should be up to each and everyone to decide when its an early flag. But i dont just mean that the one there has to accept the flag should punish. Instead of accepting and maybe even end up people ganging up on you cause other start to flag to you everyone in the game should concider punishing the early flaggers.
And hell yeah it was fun before vflag came around and thats the main reason for my topic!!! |

Indeed, i hate all ninja flaggers, and all guys who flag couple of dice per country, to protect what they can not defend, by any means. It is not so important what round we are talking about. Most of flags to non 8 dice countries are not fair. You will do nothing with this thread. I mada similar one last year, nobody did reply, so I stopped playing for whole year, and I'm still not so interested of it. GL. |

at 9:22 AM, Saturday October 17, 2009 EDT I just played a game where guy asked his neigbour to flag 6-7 two dice lands, at 2nd round, and called him an asshole and a lot of bad swears because he did not accept.

at 2:52 PM, Saturday October 17, 2009 EDT Kdice was ruined with the current flag system. As a aformentioned post has already said, truces used to be frickin awesome.
We should not just punish those who flag, but those who accept the flag. Does someone with an 8 stack in round 2 not realise that if he accepts a flag he is virtually handing that player 2nd on a plate? Cowardice everywhere I look! You should be looking to split the 8 stack. |
