As a mod, I will have to do some thinking about this. There is nothing inherently evil in an evil person's name or likeness. Also, in some cases, an evil person might have repented at the last moment (like Manasseh in the Old Testament).

It is the things that evil people do that make them evil. A symbol or likeness of the evil thing, intended to represent that thing, incorporates the evil of the thing being represented, and would be bannable.

If a name or likeness is not itself bannable, but is associated with other things that make it clear that the name or likeness is intended to represent the evil, then I think the name or likeness would be bannable.

Other than the name, did this player do anything to offend you? Did he speak in a manner that upheld Nazi ideals or speak in an anti-semitcal way?

If not, there really isn't a reason to ban this player.
