Why can't higher places leave the game?

There are so many games in which higher positions are occupied and two or more people are fighting for a lower
place (while they are already flagged for it, that is). E.g. 5 players left on the table - 1st, 2nd, 3rd are clear and two people are flagged 4th. The first places have to click "End turn" now every round, it's wasting time, annoying and they eventually will even lose dom. Why isn't it possible for them to leave the game with their actual score while the last two remaining can fight out 4th? Don't know if such an idea has already been posted but I would appreciate it. |
