Pretty bad PGA player tops skrums rankings. Also I am not towards the bottome of the list so I think you messed up the numbers or something ;-)

Unfortunately, the TAZD skills in PGA'ing. Ryan is supposed to have a PGA detector but it apparently doesn't work.

Sam: You will feel better when I come out with my revised baseball style rating, that you always get a low score in.

High 7ths always screw you calcs against me and reward frienddice extrodinaires like fiero. I still always like seeing people ranked in different ways outside the leader board.

Looks like PGA scores well on TAZD, which is odd, cause fiero doesn't and I never have, but proof is in this list.

Fiero PGAs, or more to the point plays frienddice. Shivs you have your philosophy and people know it, so while you may not think you are PGAing or playing in a circle jerk people exploit you to ensure frienddice or circlejerking is possible.

You avoid 7ths and 6ths in kdice by a) being ridiculously timid and taking lots of 4ths and 5ths and/or b) you rely on people not giving you 6th and 7ths and just waste the dom. Sure you lose the same points for that 5th but you didn't get that 7th to screw up your stats.

6th and 7th has become really dreadful because Ryan isisted on nerfing early dom for some retarded reason, so people that play with "friends" will often get the 5th over 6/7 because the "friend" rather kill the noob over their "friend"

This causes the stats run by skrum to reward PGA play unintentionaly of course. If somehow you could create some weighted stat that factors dom, points, TAZDTAPLCIBBSS, ppg you might be able to reduce the influence of unfair play and get closer to a real idea of who is having the best month.

Thanks, Sam, for the input. The best single new stat I would find useful is each player's total buy-in. I have mentioned this once or twice before **cough**. Then I could scale scores to the level of table.

Probably the best strategy for one player to do better against PGA's is to play more games and to move between tables more. It is more costly for three or four PGA's to move from table to table than it is for a single player and if they stay at a table, is Ryan's PGA detection system better able to kick in?

The RC is worthless at catching PGAs IMO. I don't know what iteration Ryan has installed but the RC either is too sensitive and people get dinged just by playing against the same person for a day or two or it has been too lax and not catching people. I didn't collect a single RC this month not even winning 50k in a day, and I don't think kamik got one last month either and he had slightly more ridiculous stats then I had. The RC is nice but not perfect and I understand Ryans hesitation to talk about how it works too much for fear of exploitation but people that want to PGA seem to be able to figure out you just can't get 1/2 all the time, take 2/3 enough and you are just as effective. This is even harder to catch the explicit PGAs and just not the implicit friendly circle jerk vflagging fest much of kdice is now.
