"Cursed" accounts - implications

What's this I hear about cursed accounts losing 85 out of 100 8v8 rolls consistently? How is this even conceivable without admitting that the game modifies rolls depending on the player? What is the criteria for lowering or raising the rolls of a player? Is it random, or based on some algorithm to make us more addicted to the game? Or is it a way to discourage undesirable people from playing the game without resorting to an explicit ban?

It is a way to discourage udesirable people from playing the game without resorting to an explicit ban.

The fact that Ryan cheats at his own game and corrupts the competitive integrity of the competition is disgusting.

I can actually almost understand why Ryan would "curse" rnd (or someone who used proxy servers and alternate accounts to circumvent being punished). But unfortunately Ryan has "cursed" several legitimate accounts without any notice, any chance of appeal.

It would still be more professional to just do some legitimate monitoring and use RC's, -play mod, IP ban on a case-by-case basis (even for rnd).

Anyway Ryan is socially inept, egotistical, clueless, and a bad site manager.
