What happened?

Just had a game where a guy with one land...won!

There were five players left, three of them flagged and then suddenly the game ends, with a "forced resign" from green (which was first at that time). So...red won (he was the only one unflagged, along with me-blue). How is that explained?

I have the turn's log as well, if you want me to post it...

If green was first and everyone else had flagged for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, then upon green lagging out (dying), the flagged players instantly earned their flagged position and the only remaining unflagged player was left.

Congrats to red.

Green says he didn't lag. Plus, I (blue) never flagged!

Ha! This happened to me TWICE in the one day a couple of months ago! I was like 'WTF??' Feels great.

I've also got 2nd with 1 territory. It happens, but not too often. I just couldn't believe I got it twice on the one day.

If you're quiet enough and people don't notice you've flagged, or they just get p***ed off, they end the game and you're left with the one, winning territory.
