Yes it is true that Ryan has perpetrated a hoax on several accounts. Ryan has altered the winning percentages without giving them any notice or chance of appeal.

One of the accounts that Ryan cursed is Pennsylvania.

johnson213 was cursed and that is why he created the account Das Jr. I am not sure about dasfury.

Mavs and Digdug and Big Jumblies and KDicerX and chingaling and Bombardier are some of the other accounts that have been altered by Ryan to artificially lose attacks.

Anyway its yet another example of Ryan's lack of competitive integrity. Anyone sitting at a table with a cursed account would normally use some assumptions about the performance of the dice of the other competitors, and the artifical utility of cursed dice will unfairly alter the strategic circumstances of the game.
