Long time reader, first time poster.
Was in a 2k game early this morning. Had a decent start. JSlap! was large, and people started to flag to him, including myself. I flagged 3rd, because I didn't think I earned any more than that, nor did I expect JSlap! to reward me more than that. alanispani was currently 4th, about the same size as me, and sitting right next to me. After I flagged, he asked if I would attack him. I said, nah, no worries, because I thought he would fight Hardcore for 2/4 (Hardcore was currently 2nd). Instead, they both truce, and start to 2v1 JSlap!. JSlap! then tells me I should counter with him, but I feel awkward doing that, because I told alanispani that I wouldn't attack him. I tell alanispani to stop 2v1ing JSlap!, since I flagged to him, I will not just sit by and watch. Hardcore says, don't worry, you will still get your 3rd. i.e. you watch the 2v1 go down, and JSlap! will get 4th. I think this is just wrong (from my perspective), since I flagged to JSlap!. I ask alani to fight Hardcore for 2/4. They both say no, stay still. The longer I stay still, the weaker JSlap! gets due to the 2v1. Finally, I say fuck this, I will just sacrifice my points to you whiners, and I will take 4th. But I will only take 4th after one of yall flags 3rd. That way, I ensure that JSlap! will get 1st. Most people would see this as not only a kind gesture, but also a fair ending (I guess I am biased in saying it's fair). Really, the only person getting screwed here is me, but I don't care. alani and Hardcore basically say no, and keep 2v1ing JSlap!. So I join in, and take down alani so that I jump into 3rd, and he is 4th. So he can't flag 3rd any longer. He finally agrees that he will flag 3rd asap. Hardcore, on the other hand, has decided that since he is now even with JSlap!, due to the 2v1 weakening of JSlap!, that he should get to have a fair fight with JSlap! for 1st/2nd. I try to remind him that the only reason it's an even battle now is because of the 2v1, but he whines and whines that that's not the case. So I nail Hardcore down. By this time I'm about the same size as JSlap! in 1st. I hit Hardcore enough that he drops into 4th. Now alani is 3rd, so he can flag 3rd. So this is how it goes down in my mind: alani flags 3rd. I lag out, and take 4th, alani gets 3rd, then Hardcore is left with 2nd, and JSlap! gets 1st. Fair enough. But, no, some idiot in the gallery named RoffleMyWaffle or something, starts spamming to alani saying DON'T FLAG DON'T FLAG 3RD!!! And then explains that my real intentions are that I want him to flag 3rd, so I can destroy Hardcore, and steal 2nd, because I am a fag (his words). I claim this is not true at all. However, he convinces Hardcore that it is true, so Hardcore flags 4th, which makes me take 3rd, since I've been flagged 3rd this whole time. alani is left with 2nd, and JSlap! gets 1st. And then all three of them (Hardcore, alani, Roffle) all pat themselves on the back because they kept me from my evil scheme (which, for the record, didn't exist). All I fucking wanted to do was take 4th so all you fucking point whore whining bitches could be happy about the extra few points that I was giving up to you. But NOOOOOO, you would rather enforce a faggy personality on me, and give up a couple hundred points of your own, so that you can feel self-righteous, and call me the fag, when in reality yall were the ones that used a 2v1, and wanted to give me 3rd the whole time, WHEN I WAS FLAGGED TO 1ST THE WHOLE TIME. Sorry, Homie don't play dat. I will never play another high-table game at the end of the month again. People up there are so fucking stupid about whining and conspiracies that they can't see a fair (and selfless) favor being done to them. They would rather see all kdicers as greedy fags. Sorry, I don't like being called a greedy fag, especially when I am trying so hard to be a selfless and fair player. And I was fucking polite that whole game up until I was called a fag and a backstabber. So I agree with some of the posters here that have said that flagging for place is stupid. I think this whole conflict was caused by that. Well, it was caused by that and by whining point whores on the last day of the month. Good luck in March, everyone. (and check my reviews... I'm not a jackass... the only (ONLY!) time I have ever been called a jackass is when I get to the high tables and try to play a fucking fair game with some point-whiners. |

After flagging 3rd, and begging blue not to attack you, you decide that screw your flag and you begin to attack alani (blue) WHO you actually flagged to and he spared you because you flagged to him and red (Jslap) Hardcore (Purple) and alani decided that they wanted 1st/2nd between them, so they truced and teamedo n Jslap. As Jslap begins to lose, you turn on the person you promised to flag to, alani. They already told you that you would get 3rd, the position you flagged. But 'NO' You had to intervene in a table. Then you tried to steal second place by forcing one of them to flag 3rd. After farming them for over 6 rounds. RoffleMyWafflez did the right thing by telling them not to flag. Hardcore flagged out and you got 3rd, you deserved 4th... Be happy you got 3rd and stop crying. alani deserved 2nd and rightfully got 2nd... Let it be over, and stop feeling sorry for yourself... |

at 5:10 AM, Saturday February 28, 2009 EST Read the chatlogs again. I never said I would flag to alani, I just said I wouldn't attack him. And I never begged him to leave me alive. He lost an early 5v4 against me, so I had him pinned down most of the early game, but didn't attack him. After we were both 8stacked and even with 5 territories, that's when he asked if I would attack him, and I said no. It wasn't me flagging to him. Nor him flagging to me. It was one of those, 'okay, if we attack each other, we definitely get 3 and 4.'
I was expecting him to then fight Hardcore for 2/4, but he surprised me and expected me to stay still (or join) a 2v1 fight against the guy I flagged primarily to. |

at 5:12 AM, Saturday February 28, 2009 EST And, again, what makes you think I was going to be an asshole and steal 2nd when I had flagged 3rd and told everyone several times I would lag out 4th after JSlap! was ensured 1st???
I. was. not. going. to. steal. 2nd. I. was. going. to. lag. out. 4th. and. feed. those. extra. points. to. the. whining. point. whores. that. wanted. them. Stop judging me on assumptions that are totally false. I'm not an asshole point whore, I wanted 4th there, with JSlap! 1st. This is clear. |

at 6:00 AM, Saturday February 28, 2009 EST then who did you flag 3rd to? if you didn't flag to blue, you flagged to grey did you??
And asking somebody to flag 3rd, is hardly 'not trying to steal 2nd' you idiot! |

at 9:09 AM, Saturday February 28, 2009 EST You flagged (truced) with 1st place. What's wrong with them countering?
Why flag to a player when you can flag a position? Saying "I flag 3rd." wouldn't have meant you had to intervene. You could have sat by and let them sort out who's 1,2,4. And what's with all the use of the word 'fairness'? The only unfair thing in kdice is a PGA. |

at 6:37 PM, Saturday February 28, 2009 EST What is flagging to a person if it's not forming an alliance then?
Why did he counter the 2 v 1? |

If it isn't a truce why did he counter? Because it was a truce. |
